LE SERVICE d'assistance TECHNIQUE (SAT)

The Technical Assistance Service allows the customer to obtain advantageous rate conditions in return for a monthly volume determined and payable in advance.

Interventions are carried out according to your request and notice. They are handled - remotely or on site - by your assigned technical contacts. Please note that as a general rule and unless agreed otherwise, the minimum duration of an on-site intervention is 4 hours (1/2 day).
