METHODOLOGY AND PROJECT APPROACH : an agile and efficient approach 

 

For a successful project deployment, according to your specifications, the organisation of the project must be well organised by phases and milestones while having clearly identified the stakeholders of these different stages in order not to disperse.

As regards the deployment of a software platform adapted to the needs expressed, an agile approach is preferred in order to ensure iterative progress with regular deliverables. This method will provide the scalability and agility to effectively achieve the desired goals.

AUBEP works with a project management approach like HERMES in agile mode including SCRUM principles. With this method, both the structured project management aspects and the agility of the deployment can be guaranteed. In this way, both aspects can coexist in an organised way.

All our teams are organised around SCRUM and work in iterative cycles of 1 to 2 weeks.

AUBEP MODULES UPDATE POLICY : while guaranteeing evolution requests


The AUBEP solution being 100% Web, the updates are done very easily on all the users. According to the SaaS maintenance modes, the frequency of updates can vary. In the case of standard maintenance operation (when the start-up phase is over), generic updates are proposed 1 to 4 times a year and are mandatory in order to guarantee the durability of the solutions and the security of the platforms.


In the case of variants A2 and A3, updates are generally made more regularly because they depend on the customer's requests for changes, but at most one update per month can be produced under good conditions with time for the customer to validate the changes made. This allows for rapid implementation of change requests from key users or management.
