THE SERVICE PACK (SPK) : THE BOOK OF PREPAID HOURS
Depending on your requests and requirements, we guarantee provision of a professional resource and competent resource for the assistance and the technical support. Interventions are carried out according to your request and notice. They are handled - remotely or on site - by your assigned technical contacts. Please note that as a general rule and unless agreed otherwise, the minimum duration of an on-site intervention is 4 hours (1/2 day).

In order to optimize the management of unforeseen events, you can use your intervention hours according to your needs. Depending on the problem, you have access to on-site interventions with a 4 hours guaranteed response time or you can contact our phone support through a hotline.

With the SPK contract, you benefit from a <breduced hourly rate depending on the volume of hours chosen. This allows you to save on your company's IT budget. Your balance is deducted as you use it.

For each action udertaken, there is an activity report established with an indication of the time invoiced. All reports relating to the current assistance booklet are confirmed by the customer's signature. A monthly summary of charged hours is given to the client.
