This software allows the management of sales of services or articles. It prints quotes, invoices with or without QR payment sections and reminders.
Crésus Invoicing also manages your creditors, orders and purchases. You can manage your creditors and debtors in separate mandates, or choose to integrate the management of both !
How does Crésus Facturation work ? The services provided to your customers are selected from different products or services registered in Crésus. With one click, you can identify which invoices are in progress and which ones need to be reminded. As for payments from your suppliers, you simply scan the ISR using the Crésus Pay application (another of our management tools), which transfers it directly to Crésus Facturation. After preparing the payment, the invoices linked to this transfer are sent to Crésus Accounting to allow you to manage your accounting at all levels simply and efficiently.

For years, Crésus has been the most used payroll software in Switzerland according to Swissdec statistics ! Crésus Salaries creates all the certificates and other administrative documents you need. Salaries are calculated automatically based on the data of each employee and the parameters of the company. Thanks to this tool, calculating salaries, paying your employees and producing statements and certificates has never been easier !
Absence hours, holidays or illnesses are easily entered into the Crésus Salaries management software. After preparing the payment of employees' salaries, the pay slips can be sent by e-mail directly from the software. For employees whose salary is subject to withholding tax, the statement is sent to the cantonal tax authorities. Finally, the statements are sent to Crésus Accounting for the corresponding entries.

Crésus Banking provides the link between Crésus software and banks. It exports the electronic payment orders you send and imports the account statements you receive from your financial institution. Crésus Banking groups your various bank transactions and offers you the possibility of accounting for them. Thanks to Crésus Banking, you can automate your accounting and your bank statements ! There is a dialogue between the bank and the entries in Crésus Accounting. You can therefore follow your transactions : which one has been paid, which one has been forgotten in Crésus (or not recognised). The corresponding entries are then sent to Crésus Accounting.
