Description
To support our strong growth, we are looking for a system and network technician specialising in Microsoft environments. You will join our Cloud Computing infrastructure operations and development teams and take part in innovative projects in highly competitive, cutting-edge environments.
In particular, you will be involved in :
- Managing your customers' IT assets as their main technical contact.
- Level 1 & 2 technical support within our helpdesk team.
- Participating in internal and/or external projects.
- Maintaining customer infrastructures and on-site interventions (Vaud, Geneva, Neuchâtel, Bienne).
- Developing and maintaining the SyselCloud infrastructure (systems, networks, security and data storage).
Qualifications
Desired profile
- You have a CFC in IT, equivalent or higher education (ES), a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- You have at least one year's experience in the administration and management of IT infrastructures (systems and networks).
- You are familiar with Windows Server and Linux environments
- You have knowledge of VMware and Hyper-V virtualisation tools, messaging systems and RDS architectures.
- French mother tongue with very good knowledge of English.

You are curious and able to assimilate new technologies. You have good analytical and communication skills. You're ready for a challenge and want to put your qualities to work on an ambitious project.
