Description
As a leader in the IT industry and an expert in cloud solutions, SyselCloud is continually expanding its product range. Your main task will be to help the sales department develop its strategy, identify prospects and follow up customers.
- Consolidating the dealer network
- Managing the pipeline and ensuring that day-to-day activities run smoothly
- Commercial follow-up of offers, management of contracts and customer invoicing
- Structuring commercial and sales activities
- Market and competitor research
- Participate in the development of the commercial strategy
- Formulation, analysis and creation of endorsements
- Creation of a management cockpit (KPI's), monitoring of sales indicators and analysis of sales performance
- Maintain commercial administrative tasks in the CRM
- Presentation of business results
- Implementation of controlling processes and database audit (creation and management of CRM reports)
Qualifications
- Interest in developing partnerships
- Perfect command of French and English
- Good command of Microsoft Office Suite
- Organised and rigorous, with good stress and priority management skills
- Good communication skills, able to build lasting relationships
